The Giving Tree Project is Resilience Residential Services’ annual holiday initiative that brings communities together to support youth in care. Each ornament on our “Giving Tree” represents a child or teen in our program — along with their holiday wish, from essentials like clothing and shoes to heartfelt gifts that remind them they’re seen and valued.
Through the generosity of donors, sponsors, and volunteers, we ensure every young person in our homes experiences the warmth and joy of the holiday season.

Join us for The Giving Tree Holiday Drive & Toy Giveaway, our signature December event where families, volunteers, and community partners gather to spread joy and deliver hundreds of gifts to children in our care and surrounding communities.

How It Works
We’ve made it simple for anyone to take part in The Giving Tree Project!
Choose the way that works best for you and help bring smiles to the youth we serve:

Make a Monetary Donation
Not sure which child to shop for? No problem — our team will personally select a youth and purchase items directly from their wish list using your donation. Every dollar goes toward meaningful gifts and essential needs. -
Choose a Child’s Wish List
Select a specific child’s wish list from our Giving Tree display or online directory. Shop for the items yourself and drop them off at one of our designated collection sites. -
Donate Toys, Clothing, or Essentials
You can also give general donations such as new toys, clothes, personal care items, or gift cards. Simply bring them to any of our approved drop-off locations throughout the community.
Each option helps ensure that every child in our care experiences love, warmth, and holiday joy this season.
